Yes! We offer free delivery on all orders within the United Kingdom, regardless of order size or value.

f your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window (6-9 working days), please wait an additional 3 working days to account for potential delays. If your order still hasn't arrived, please contact us at support@julietteboucher.com, and we will investigate the issue.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@julietteboucher.com. Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled, but you may return the item once it arrives.
